Interiors, shot for the light
Indoor photography is the heart of a listing. We shoot for real, natural light, keep the verticals straight, and balance the window and room exposure so the view outside reads as clearly as the room itself. Where a bright day blows out a window, we blend a second frame so both the room and the view stay true.
Just as important is the sequence. A good set walks a guest through the space in order, from the entry to the main living areas to the bedrooms, so they understand how the home flows before they arrive. A typical listing runs 25 to 40 finished frames, enough to tell the whole story without padding the gallery.
Drone frames that place the home
Montecito is estates, ocean, and mountains, and a still photo cannot show any of that context. A few aerial frames do. They tell a guest how close the beach is, how private the lot feels, and where the property sits in the neighborhood.
