Why aerial goes missing in Goleta
Flying a drone in controlled airspace requires an authorization. A recreational operator generally cannot get one for these areas, and a photographer without Part 107 certification cannot either. So the aerial frame quietly gets dropped from the shoot, or worse, gets flown without permission. Neither serves the seller.
How we handle it
Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and we file our own LAANC authorizations, including in the controlled airspace around the airport and along the coastline. We check the airspace for the address when the shoot is booked, not on the morning, so you know before the day whether aerial is coming and at what ceiling.
What we bring
Full photography with aerial where the airspace allows it, floor plans, Matterport, and listing video. Goleta moves faster than Montecito and we price for it: photography starts at $349 and photos are MLS-ready in 2 business days.
