Listing video

Shot and edited like a film. Delivered like a listing asset.

A walkthrough with drone woven through it, color graded, cut to licensed music, and delivered in the formats the MLS and the feed both want.

Listing Video from $649. Delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

What a film does that a gallery cannot

Stills show a buyer the rooms. A film shows them the route: how the entry opens, where the light lands at eleven in the morning, how far the view carries from the back terrace. It is the difference between a house someone scrolls past and a house someone walks through in their head before they ever call you. In this market the film has a second job too: a meaningful share of Santa Barbara and Montecito buyers are out of area, deciding from Los Angeles or San Francisco or further, and for them the film is the first showing. The listing that gives them a real one gets the flight booked.

The RotoTour, our one-take flythrough

Our signature piece is a single continuous flight that starts outside, comes through the front door, moves through the house, and finishes back in the air. No cuts. It is flown with a cinema FPV drone we design, build, and tune in house, which is why it is not a shot most real estate crews can offer: this is custom aircraft flown by the people who built them, not an off-the-shelf drone on a preset. The RotoTour reads as one unbroken move because it is one, and that continuity is exactly what makes a floor plan feel like a place. It starts at $649 and delivers in horizontal, vertical, or both.

What it costs, published

Base Listing Video starts at $649 for a walkthrough with drone, a color grade, licensed music, and a clean edit, scaling with square footage to $1,699 at 10,000 square feet and up. FPV shots inside the walkthrough add $200. Speed ramps and transition design, the fast-slow pacing that performs on social, add $150. Studio Master adds $499 for a hand-built color grade and a real sound mix with ambient audio, the final pass every real production gets. Agent on camera adds $300, directed, with audio. Every number here is live in the configurator; build the shoot and the total updates as you go. No quote call, no PDF by email, no guessing.

Where the film actually runs

One shoot feeds four surfaces. The MLS takes the branded-free horizontal cut. The property site and YouTube take the full film. Instagram and TikTok take a native vertical edit, cut for the first two seconds, not a center-crop of the horizontal. And your own channels take the agent-branded version, which is quietly the longest-lived asset of the four: listings close, but the film keeps selling the agent who commissioned it. We deliver every format from the one session, so the shoot is priced once and works everywhere.

Answers, up front.

How long is the finished video?
Most listing videos land around 60 to 90 seconds, which is where attention holds on a listing page and on social. Estate films run longer when the property earns it.
How fast is video?
3 to 5 business days. Photos come back faster, in 2, so your gallery is never waiting on the edit.
Do I get a vertical version?
Yes. We deliver a vertical cut for Instagram and TikTok rather than cropping the horizontal one down, because a center crop loses the composition.
Is the music licensed?
Yes, every track is licensed for listing and social use. If you have a direction in mind, tell us and we will match the register.
Can the agent be in the film?
Yes. Agent on camera adds $300 and includes direction and audio. A walk-and-talk open or a hosted tour both work; we will tell you which suits the property.

Ready when you are. Live pricing, no quote needed.
