On ten or forty or a hundred acres, no ground-level frame conveys the property. The aerial establishes the boundary, the topography, the planted acreage, and where the buildings sit within it. Property-line overlays turn that from a nice photograph into a document a buyer can reason about.
Vineyard and agricultural detail
Planted rows, water, outbuildings, and equipment access are all part of the value on a working property, and they are the things a residential-only shoot skips. We also do aerial mapping and precision-agriculture work, so we are comfortable covering the agricultural side properly rather than treating it as scenery.
