Making a compact house read well
Tight lots and modest footprints punish careless interior work: a wide lens too close makes rooms look distorted rather than large, and buyers discount what looks stretched. We shoot these interiors honestly, using the light and the sightlines to the ocean rather than the widest lens in the bag.
The ocean has to be visible
A view is only an asset in the photograph if you can actually see it. That usually means balancing flash against the window so the room and the horizon are both exposed properly in the same frame, which is the whole craft on this stretch of coast.
What we bring
Photography with aerial for the coastal context, true twilight, floor plans so the compact layout is clearly understood, and social cutdowns. Photography from $349, MLS-ready in 2 business days.
